Questions
Duvet Covers: FAQ
Still unsure? Our Customer Experience team is available 8am to 6pm on +234 902 469 7557.
How should I wash my bedding?
Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild liquid detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, then tumble dry on low or air dry. Full guidance is on our Laundry Care page.
Can I mix collections?
Yes. Sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are sold individually so you can combine collections and colours freely.
Do you offer monogramming?
Complimentary monogramming is available on selected products, subject to terms. Ask our team when you order.
Can I return bedding?
Unused, unwashed items in their original packaging can be returned under our Shipping & Returns policy. Contact our Customer Experience team with your order number to start.
