How do I choose the right firmness?
It depends on how you sleep, your body weight and the support you need. Side sleepers usually prefer medium-soft to medium, back sleepers medium-firm, and stomach sleepers something firmer. If you have back pain, our orthopaedic models are a good place to start, and our in-store sleep advisors can guide you.
Is there a break-in period?
Yes. Give a new mattress about 30 days. In that time the comfort layers soften slightly and your body adjusts to the new support.
What warranty comes with my mattress?
Every mattress carries a warranty against manufacturing defects. The length depends on the model and is shown on each product page.
How is my mattress delivered?
A customer rep will reach out within 24 hours of your order to fix the delivery schedule. Delivery takes between 2 and 13 days, and you can also collect from a showroom at checkout.
Will it fit my bed frame?
Our mattresses work with most platform beds, divan bases, slatted frames and other sturdy, supportive bases.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. Visit any Esorae Home store to lie on every model in the collection. You'll find us in Lagos (Ikoyi and Lekki), Abuja, Port Harcourt and Benin City.
